This survey is a quantitative that was conducted with sample of 55 employees from PT Jaya Abadi Denpasar utilizing the total sample/saturated sample/census approach. The goal this study to identify and assess influence leadership style job motivation on satisfaction performance among Denpasar. results validity tests are valid, reliability reliable, normality normal distribution data, heteroscedasticity do not reveal any heteroscedasticity. A multicollinearity test reveals there no multicollinearity. following study's findings, based data analysis discussion: 1. Leadership has major employee work at 2.
